"I have shopped at Cycle Gear for a long time - at several of their Southern California locations and online - and many times I happened in there just out of convenience, or need for an item or replacement of equipment right away, as opposed to waiting for mail order. I am incredibly impressed with the knowledge of the staff and if they do not know something, their refusal to 'make something up' (i.e. lie) rather than go and find a correct answer or proper solution. Next to this, their sales are top notch - I just got a brand new, limited edition (1 of 3000) AGV Rossi graphic Corsa helmet, released one week prior, at their labor day sale for $650 ($350 off the $1000 MSRP) out the door! My final accolade here is their desire to make the customer happy with their return policy. Most of them being riders, they understand when something fits OK or seems cool idea in the store, but doesn't work out on the road... and thus they give a generous opportunity to try the items and return or exchange without hassle should it not be perfect for you - and just to bring to light the obvious, having a store locally, this saves you the cost and time to repackage and ship the item if you mistook the size or just didn't like it, even if you buy from THEIR online store, it is even better. One last note... always check their clearance racks when you have the time going in. I find amazing deals there so much, I come out of the store too many times with tons of gear I hadn't even planned to buy, LOL."
